Graduate hiring | Graduate jobs stabilise as AI misconduct hits record high

Released yesterday, the latest Student Recruitment Report from the Institute of Student Employers (ISE) showed graduate hiring has stabilised with a slight 4% increase, following an 8% decline the previous year.

The report, the largest of its kind in the UK, analysed data from 155 employers, covering more than 1.7 million applications and 31,577 hires during the 2025/26 student recruitment cycle.
