Heat Check | Currys announces the appointment of Caroline Hirst as Chief People Officer

High street electronics & home goods retailer Currys has announced the appointment of Caroline Hirst as its new Chief People Officer.

Hirst has been leading Currys’ talent, leadership and learning agenda since 2025.

In a release, Currys said her expertise spans the full people agenda, from talent management to learning and development and organisation design.

Hirst began her new role on 28 September, succeeding Paula Coughlan.
