Heat Check | Holland & Barrett welcomes Michelle Boothroyd as latest Chief People Officer

Michelle Boothroyd has been announced as Chief People Officer for Holland & Barrett after more than four years as Chief People Officer of Grainger plc.

Boothroyd joins Holland & Barrett at a time of significant and sustained growth.

The multinational health and wellness retailer reported 11% annual sales growth (£981million) and its third consecutive year of double-digit growth.

In a post on LinkedIn, Boothroyd said of her appointment: “I believe great organisations are built when we back our people.
