HaysMac has announced the appointment of Matthew Clarke as Chief People Officer following a period of sustained growth for the accountancy firm.

The business has expanded its service and market offering through several strategic acquisitions and said it has set its sights on becoming a £100m business.

The year saw the strategic acquisition of corporate finance firm Green Square, alongside the acquisition of Moore DM’s US Tax team, enhancing the firm's international tax compliance offering and Private Client Tax expertise.

Resultantly, the firm is continuing to invest in strategic leadership hires, including thato f Clarke, who joins HaysMac as Chief People Officer and a member of the Management Team.
