Can in-person training be successfully digitised for more than 1,200 employees spread across 38 countries in only four months?

Häagen-Dazs demonstrated that it was possible through a global e-learning strategy - provided by Netex - that sought to create a more positive culture of learning among employees.

The project replaced an impractical, paper-based approach with accessible mobile learning, personalised content and more than 250 microlearning modules. Within the first week, 70% of employees had completed the modules available to them.
