Slice of L&D | Pizza Hut delays restaurant openings for nationwide staff training

Pizza Hut opened its dine-in restaurants an hour later at the weekend to allow every employee to take part in a new company-wide training programme.

The session took place across all Pizza Hut Restaurants on 19th July, bringing together employees at every level of the business for dedicated learning and development time.

Restaurants then opened to customers at midday following the training hour.

Training to cover operations and teamwork

The programme covered restaurant operations, food preparation, customer service, teamwork and communication.
