'Career benefit' | Revolut ends remote-first approach for graduates with three-day office requirement

Revolut has confirmed it will require graduates and interns joining its talent programmes to work from the office at least three days a week, marking a shift away from the remote-first approach it has long promoted for early-career recruits.

The fintech firm, which became a licensed UK bank in March, said the move would apply only to its 2027 graduate and internship schemes and would not affect the wider workforce.

Until now, graduates and interns had been able to choose whether to work remotely or from one of Revolut's offices, in line with the company's broader flexible working policy. That approach also allows employees to work abroad for up to 120 days each year, with the company previously saying it trusts staff to "explore new cultures while staying productive and connected".

However, the London-headquartered business said it believes those at the beginning of their careers benefit from spending more time alongside colleagues.
