Restaurant giant Popeyes has launched an in-house ‘university’ as part of an ambitious commitment to learning & development.
The business says its new venture, Popeyes University, represents a “bold new approach to learning and development” with a focus on building a culture of continuous learning across its head office and restaurant teams.
At its core is the ‘Louisiana Ladder’ - a structured development pathway to support colleagues to progress from entry-level roles to Operations Manager careers.
As part of the launch of Popeyes University, Popeyes is launching ‘Brass Roots’, its brand new apprenticeship programme that offers nationally recognised Level 3 and Level 4 hospitality qualifications. Popeyes is committed to taking on 25 apprentices through 2026, six of which are already on board.
