Speaking to the HR Grapevine Podcast, Lochery says this means that the company’s leaders must be prepared to manage performance when things are going well and when they’re not, helping employees become as effective and efficient as possible.
But to do so, managers and leaders required tailored support from the business, giving them the skills and reinforced training to support their teams.
