A council employee exposed himself to two female colleagues outside one of their homes, an employment tribunal has heard, in a case that was then mishandled by HR.
The case, brought by two women against Bridgend County Borough Council, centred on allegations of sexual harassment, sex-related harassment, and direct sex discrimination.
The tribunal heard that in June 2023, the claimants had been out socially when one of them was driving the other home.
On arrival, they saw a man - a fellow council employee - urinating against a car belonging to a claimant’s parents’.
