'More than policy' | The Very Group gains menopause friendly accreditation

The Very Group, which operates digital retailers Very and Littlewoods, has been accredited as a menopause friendly employer by Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace.  

Praised for creating an inclusive and supportive environment, The Very Group’s employment policies, practices, culture, work environment and training programmes were assessed by an independent panel which commended the Group for its efforts in raising awareness of menopause in the workplace.
