'Fantastic day' | Leadership insights & workforce strategy take centre stage at HR Grapevine Live 2026

More than 200 HR professionals made the journey to London’s Blackfriars for the returning HR Grapevine Live event last week, for a day of live panel sessions, sector specific focus groups, networking, and strategy thought leadership.

The programme saw 26 speakers on stage throughout the day in four different panel sessions covering wellbeing, skills-based hiring, artificial intelligence, and benefits & compensation.

Separate focus groups zoomed in on topics that included employment rights, workforce strategy and AI, among others.

The day was highlighted by a keynote speech from Paralympian Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson in conversation with Vaishali Sahajpal Senior HR Director at ADP.
