Lloyds Banking Group has expanded its support for foster carer employees, providing a range of measures from flexible working arrangements to a minimum of five days paid leave.

The company has been officially recognised as a Fostering Friendly employer, joining the likes of B&Q, John Lewis, and Nationwide.

One employee hailed the announcement and the investment in foster carers from the bank, describing the level of support as “incredible.”
