‘Healthier lives’ | Poundland ups wellbeing support with manager training & AI 'happiness dashboards'

Poundland has unveiled a new range of measures to support the mental wellbeing of its employees, from accredited manager training to a generative-AI powered ‘happiness dashboard.’

The expanded resources come through a partnership with the Retail Trust, a charity serving the retail sector.

The discount retailer’s 12,000-strong workforce will benefit from the wellbeing measures, which also include access to financial aid and dedicated resources to combat abuse at work.
