Pay gap reduced | Investment in people & inclusion fuelling company wins, Weetabix reveals

The Weetabix Food Company has revealed how an investment in people and culture is driving its progress against the company’s operational and sustainability goals.

In its 2025/2026 Sustainability Report, the iconic cereal maker shared its progress against a range of sustainability and inclusivity measures, including a notable reduction in its median gender pay gap since 2021.

Colm O’Dwyer, Managing Director for Weetabix, said the business believes that helping staff to thrive is “fundamental to building a resilient, responsible business for the long term.”
