SUSE’s Futureselves Discovery programme is targeted specifically at its cohort of over-50s – but not because the software company is “ageist,” says CPO Lisa Sherwell.
Instead, the HR chief explains that the scheme was created based on a belief that this segment of employees has “spent the last few decades looking after everybody else: their teams, their families. It's time for them to really get an opportunity to look after themselves.”
