‘Significant investment’ | Aldi confirms pay rise & extended maternity pay for 'hard-working' staff

Aldi has told thousands of staff they are set to receive a pay rise in less than two months, as it boosts compensation ahead of April’s national minimum wage increase.

The wage hike comes alongside an extension of maternity pay to 26 weeks, as the supermarket chain makes a “significant investment” in its colleagues.
