Jen Hulme, Head of Talent Acquisition at BPP, believes there are “three clear buckets” where AI is “genuinely adding value” across hiring and recruitment.
She names them as removing everyday burden from the life of a recruiter, the automation of processes, and AI-assisted sourcing, while emphasising that her team approaches each with caution.
