Beverage maker Diageo has revealed fresh plans to support staff over the age of 50, outlining how it will help them reskill and reshape their careers.
The company behind household names brands like Baileys, Guinness, and Tanqueray shared its commitment to building an age-inclusive workplace during the recent “Age Pioneers Week.”
A series of employee listening measures in 2025 uncovered a “surprising and encouraging” appetite for continued career growth in the age cohort, a post on Diageo’s website said.

In November, Diageo reaffirmed its participation in the ‘International Age Pioneers’ movement, celebrating the contributions of workers aged 50 plus.
