7th to 224th | GSK loses 'diversity leader' status as staff rue DEI U-turn

GSK is no longer one of Europe’s leading firms on diversity, the FT has reported, with employees unhappy about a decision to abandon DEI targets earlier in 2025.

The pharmaceutical giant plummeted from seventh place in last year’s FT-Statista European Diversity Leaders rankings, to 224^th this year.
