‘Work smarter’ | Debenhams launches £1.35m AI skills academy for staff

Debenhams Group has moved to help its staff prepare for the future of work, with the launch of a training academy focused on practical AI skills.

The academy will help the retail close its AI skills gap and ensure employees have the capabilities to “deliver tangible value” to the business.

Debenhams Group CEO Dan Finley said the training programme will give his workers the tools to “think differently” and “work smarter.

How is Debenhams Group helping staff learn AI skills?

Through the AI skills academy, Debenhams Group staff will be given practical tools and behavioural training to help them use AI within their day-to-day work.
