AI-powered skills development platform Udemy has appointed Sarah Healy, a former leader at Meta and Mastercard, as its new Chief Skills and Learning Officer.
Healy joins Udemy to lead a “new chapter in skills, learning, and AI empowerment for the company.”
Her responsibilities in the CSLO role will include driving the company’s internal culture of continuous learning and accelerating AI-enabled skills development, as well as supporting Udemy’s global enterprise customers.

Sarah Healy joins Udemy with a rich background in building enterprise-wide skilling strategies and talent development programmes, including roles as Global Director of Leadership Development and Global Director of L&D at Mastercard, and as Global Organisational Capability & Learning Programme Manager at Meta.
