Glen Bagnall joins the team as Change Management Leader, and Shayne Byron as Global Head of Finance. Their appointments come at a pivotal time as Lavasource expands into new regions and deepens its capabilities to support clients through workforce and technology transformation. 

With over two decades of experience in organisational change and strategic transformation, Glen Bagnall brings deep expertise in helping global businesses navigate complex change. At Lavasource, he will focus on building out the Lavasource Marketplace, supporting its successful rollout to clients, and helping shape a new global community. Glen will also lead and expand Lavasource’s enhanced change management capability, with a strong focus on adoption, culture, and business alignment.
