Employees at the University of Liverpool staged a strike on Friday and Saturday to protest a new hybrid working mandate.
Staff were recently told they will need to spend at least 60% of their time working on-site.
The protest took place over two University of Liverpool open days, led by Unite union members who argued that major disruption was necessary to start a dialogue with university management over the attendance policy.

Ahead of the strike, the Unite union criticised the university for failing to consider how the hybrid policy will impact staff wellbeing.
