Earlier in 2025, Selco Builders Warehouse expanded maternity and adoption leave from six weeks of full pay to 16 weeks.
Paternity leave was also improved, doubling from one week to two weeks' full pay, following a move to offer paid leave for staff undergoing fertility treatment.
