Darren Cassidy, president of Western Europe at Xerox, and Xerox’s former UK MD is passionate about employee resource groups (ERGs).

So much so that he is a personal sponsor of the two of them: The Women’s Alliance and Enable_All – a role that sees him work directly with HR to ensure that what comes out of these groups directly influences HR policy.

Xerox actually pioneered the concept of ERGs 60 years ago, launching the first ERG following civil rights riots in New York. Today, Xerox supports 10 ERGs, including groups for women, people with disabilities, and the LGBTQ+ community.
