The CEO of Revolut has reassured his staff that planned office expansions do not mean the end of hybrid work, pledging to continue flexible working.
His commitment comes as the banking platform prepares to open a new London-based office space in May.
Revolut’s UK-based employees currently work on a hybrid basis, free to choose to their own balance of in-person and remote work, with CEO Nikolay Storonsky promising to continue the model indefinitely provided productivity remains high.

Storonsky made the guarantee in an internal memo sent to Revolut’s workforce on 19 February.
