BT will no longer include diversity measures on a scorecard it uses to determine manager bonuses, a Telegraph report has revealed.
The changes to the compensation strategy come despite Allison Kirkby, CEO of BT, doubling down on the company’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I).
The diversity measure on the bonus scorecard will instead include an employee engagement metric, with company shareholders reportedly in “strong support” of the new approach.
