Visier, Tableau, Workday… and now Spotify?
The music streaming platform is set to enter the people analytics software market, according to an HR Director at the firm.
Speaking on an episode of the ‘HR The Real Deal’ podcast released on 28 January, Gary Munro, Director of HR Insights at Spotify, revealed the company’s plan to take its in-house people analytics tool ‘Disco’ to market this year.
“We're actually going external, so we’re going to be bringing Disco to market in 2025,” he stated.
