The Access Group has appointed Chee Gay Lim as the new Managing Director of its Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Access Group officially opened the new GOC in November. Chee Gay will lead operations focusing on customer experience, as The Access Group continues its global expansion.
The strategic appointment reflects The Access Group’s ambition to build a global backbone of world-class innovation hubs that empower customers, attract top talent, drive advancements in products and AI, accelerate sales growth and deliver operational excellence.
Previously, Chee Gay served as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at TDCX, where he scaled the workforce from 3,000 to 19,000 employees and launched 10 new operational sites in just seven years. He has also held leadership roles at AIA, Samsung, T-Systems, and Intel, and continues to inspire as an Adjunct Professor at three universities.
