Liverpool FC staff Christmas party cut short after suspected drugs paraphernalia found at venue

A Christmas party for staff of Liverpool Football Club was abruptly ended following reports that suspected drug paraphernalia was discovered at the venue.

The event, organised for non-footballing staff and held at Liverpool Cathedral last week, was halted by cathedral staff after what the venue described as an “incident” that did not align with its values.
