An employment tribunal has rejected claims of discrimination brought by a police watchdog worker who bombarded her boss with romantic messages.
Ms M Coulter was disciplined by bosses at the Scottish Police Authority for behaviour that amounted to harassment, towards boss Ms T McCabe.
Over time, Ms Coulter sent her line manager messages that went beyond professional boundaries, including declarations of love and sending her gifts - behaviour which 'caused fear' to Ms McCabe.
Ms Coulter, a gay woman, claimed she would’ve been treated differently if she had been straight and/or a man.
