Zellis Group outlines commitment to ESG and sustainability in first 'Impact Report'

Zellis Group, a leading provider of pay, reward, analytics, and people experiences for the UK & Ireland, has published an inaugural, group-wide Impact Report affirming its approach to ESG and sustainability, the results of its programmes, and its goals for the future. 

Zellis Group is made up of three businesses: Zellis, Moorepay, and Benefex, and employs more than 2,400 people across the UK, Ireland, India, and the Philippines. Zellis Group, which acts as a partner to over 5000 customers, and their employees, recognises it is uniquely placed to make a positive difference to people’s experiences inside and outside of work. 

The Impact Report is an expansion of The Zellis Group ESG framework, launched in 2022, which is centred around three key pillars to create maximum positive impact. Each of these pillars is tied to a five-year ambition, to be achieved by 2027. These include:

  • Supporting over five million people with their financial and emotional wellbeing through digital payslips, discounts and cashback, and mental health resources
