The BBC has confirmed details of an independent review of its workplace culture, following a period of controversies involving prominent figures.
Change Associates, a change management consultancy, will oversee the probe, led by Executive Chairman and Founder, Grahame Russell.
The review will have a particular focus on preventing abuse of power and ensuring everyone at the BBC conducts themselves in line with the broadcaster’s values.
The Beeb described Change Associates as “a leader in their field”, brought in for their “experience and expertise in understanding cultural and behavioural issues across a wide range of businesses and industries.”
