The Post Office has appointed Juliet Crisp as its new Head of People Strategy, Planning, and Governance, as part of its efforts to repair its reputation as an employer and move beyond the Horizon scandal.
Crisp brings extensive HR leadership experience from her previous roles at Whitbread, SSP Group, and Tesco and is set to play a crucial role in reshaping the organisation’s approach to employee engagement and development and rebuild trust in the company.

In her new role, Crisp will be responsible for implementing a people strategy centered on colleague experience, capability, and inclusion, aligning with the broader cultural transformation efforts led by the Post Office. The strategy is underpinned by newly introduced company-wide behaviours designed to foster innovation, accountability, and mutual support among employees.
