BBC Director General Tim Davie has been on the receiving end of some tough questions regarding the way he handled the Huw Edwards investigation.
Last week, the disgraced presenter pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent images of children.
Until last year, he was one of the BBC's main presenters and fronted historic national events such as the general election in 2019 and Queen Elizabeth's death in 2022.
Edwards, who had been off-air since last year, left the broadcaster in April 2024, but the BBC insisted he would've been sacked, had he still been an employee.
