A property manager endured a bombardment of sexually-charged text messages and constant berating from her boss that was so bad she felt suicidal.
Frances MacDonald has emerged victorious in a legal case brimming with allegations of harassment, sexual harassment, and wrongful dismissal, against her former employer, Alpha Property Management Services and its director, Mr Dilawar Khan.
The tribunal heard evidence detailing a series of shocking incidents against Ms MacDonald - which began even before she had even officially started her role - a tenure which would only last for a mere 20 days in May 2021, after Mr Khan’s onslaught of suggestive messages and constant badgering outside of working hours.

In a damning account, Ms MacDonald revealed how 47-year-old Mr. Khan, who was married, sent her a series of sexually suggestive and inappropriate WhatsApp messages during the recruitment process, when she was still just a candidate.
