A new report indicates a growing acceptance of AI usage among HR leaders and job candidates, when it comes to the recruitment process.
HireVue, pioneers in Human Potential Intelligence, revealed the findings of a new AI survey which asked 1,000 HR professionals and 3,100 workers across the UK and U.S. to share their perspectives on how artificial intelligence is used in hiring.
The responses demonstrate changing perceptions about the fairness of AI tools, with 64% of candidates saying they are the same or better than humans at treating applicants fairly, and sixty-seven percent of HR leaders saying artificial intelligence is the same or better at finding well-qualified applicants.
