HR workers in the UK are among the worst impacted by workplace jargon, with more than 40% of HR professionals reporting feeling hindered by corporate slang.
Whether it’s ‘circling back,’ ‘reinventing the wheel’ or ‘blue sky thinking,’ corporate jargon is widespread in UK offices.
And according to a recent survey carried out by tombola, two thirds (66%) of the working population use it regularly.
However, 87% said they are faced with jargon they don’t understand on a daily basis – that's roughly 46.7million people.
