Firm asks employees to share beds with colleagues on corporate trip

In a viral TikTok video, an employee shared her reaction to being told she could be sharing a bed with a coworker on a corporate trip to Paris.

The employee, who goes by the name 'co.letter' on the video sharing platform, told watching users that her employer’s HR team sent an email to staff members going on the trip saying they would be sharing both a room and bed.

In the video, she claims she had to “read the email three times over” after seeing that her company’s HR wrote in a message to employees: “You will notice in the survey that you have the option to share a room with a colleague, be advised that at present booking status, there is only one bed in the room.”

In response to this option, the employee says she “didn’t know this was even possible in a corporate setting”.
