Time Magazine has named Taylor Swift as its Person of the Year 2023.
It may not have come as a huge surprise - after all, even if you're not a 'Swiftie' (also noted as 'runner up' for word of the year), you'll have seen videos of her on tour, heard her name from your colleagues and even probably had her songs on in your office or workplace.
Ok, so for anyone who genuinely hasn't heard of Taylor Swift, she's a global pop sensation who began her career in country music, currently on world tour and best known for her themes of relationships in her songs.
