3 in 4 young workers miss out on protection from unfair dismissal and redundancy pay

Young employees are most likely to miss out on key employment rights, such as redundancy pay and protection from unfair dismissals, according to a new report.

The new Trade Union Congress (TUC) report reveals that nearly three-quarters (72%) of young employees aged 16 to 24 miss out on key employment rights.
