Young employees are most likely to miss out on key employment rights, such as redundancy pay and protection from unfair dismissals, according to a new report.
The new Trade Union Congress (TUC) report reveals that nearly three-quarters (72%) of young employees aged 16 to 24 miss out on key employment rights.
