Recently, a new campaign has been launched by the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) which focuses on ‘Sunday scaries’ named: Every Mind Matters.

Research put for by the OHID uncovered that seven in ten (67%) Brits regularly experienced the ‘Sunday scaries’. Additionally, this trend mostly impacted young adults.
