More than half of staff have felt excluded at work

More than 50% of workers have felt excluded in their current or former place of work, a new study has revealed.

The ‘Inclusive Future’ study commissioned by tobacco company Philip Morris International (PMI) explored Equity Inclusion & Diversity (EI&D) across the globe with a view to looking at ways in which businesses could improve their inclusion and “foster a culture of equity and belongingness.”
