As fresh allegations of bad behaviour from the founder of BrewDog emerge, separate new data has shed light on the workplace situations that women find uncomfortable.
More than 15 ex-employees of the brewing giant have spoken out about CEO James Watt in a new BBC documentary, which features interviews with 12 former BrewDog USA staff who reported “inappropriate behaviour and abuse of power” by Watt.
Some of the former staff said this behaviour made female bartenders feel "uncomfortable" and "powerless".
