'Work for free' | Employee OUTRAGED as boss secretly changes clock-in times to save cash

A worker has been left outraged after discovering that her boss was secretly changing her clock-in times, meaning she was losing money by working part of her shift for free every day.

As reported by The Mirror, the anonymous employee shared her story on Reddit, explaining how she had always complied with her boss’ requirement for employees to arrive at work 15 minutes early every day.

However, despite clocking in upon her arrival each day, she realised that the clocks were being altered, meaning her usual start time read as 7am rather than 6.45am, causing her to lose out on 15 minutes of pay every day.

According to the post, she decided that if she wasn't getting paid, she would stop turning up early and began clocking in at 7.00am instead. But she soon discovered her start time was altered yet again, this time to 7.15am.
