Pandemic sparks 70% increase in digital learning

Following the huge disruption caused by the coronavirus pandemic, it seems that despite all the turbulence, digital learning has started to spike.

In fact, the latest Learning and Skills at Work report from the CIPD and Accenture has revealed that seven in ten organisations (70%) have reported an increase in the use of digital or online solutions over the last year.

According to the report, more than one-third of businesses have increased their investment in learning technology in the last 12 months.

Of the 1,200 UK organisations surveyed many commented that the switch to a more digital model had gone well, with 77% claiming they’re successfully using learning technology, while 69% said they’re innovating in their use of learning technology.
