Entertainment and news publisher LADbible Group last week announced the introduction of a new initiative called 'LADfamily'.
The initiative is comprised of a suite of family-friendly policies aimed at supporting the group’s global workforce, including those now working in new offices based in Ireland and across Asia-Pacific territories.
The primary policies that make up the new 'LADfamily' initiative include fully paid leave for pregnancy loss, fertility treatment and a workplace nursery benefit, allowing employees to recover tax savings on childcare costs in their local areas.
LADbible noted in the official announcement of the news that the 'LADfamily' policies are ‘an important step for LADbible Group and shows that as an employer, key life moments, good or bad are recognised and understood’.
