Coronavirus vaccines have been dominating news headlines for the last few months as many people continue to receive the jab.
Yet it appears many companies aren't speaking to staff about the vaccine programme. New research from BrightHR, which polled 5,000 British workers from various sectors, found that just 17% have had a conversation about their companies’ policy on coronavirus vaccines.
This means that more than 80% have not reported having a conversation about jab policies, which is likely to be a cause of concern for HR.
This is despite more than one-third of staff saying that they expect having a jab will be mandatory.
