What does HR need to consider as lockdown eases?

Outdoor dining, non-essential shops and several other sectors have reopened after the further easing of lockdown restrictions from today (April 12, 2021). 

This, according to the Telegraph, forms part of the next step in Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s roadmap out of lockdown.

Under this, pubs and restaurants are able to open and serve customers outdoors only from today, while non-essential shops (including department stores, clothing and homeware shops and book stores) will be able to open their doors once again. 

Elsewhere, outdoor venues such as zoos and theme parks have also reopened on this date.
